SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Australia-wide shipping is available on most pieces.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated. As many of our pieces vary considerably in size, weight and fragility, shipping is quoted individually.

For smaller pieces, we generally ship via Australia Post or another suitable carrier. Larger furniture and oversized pieces may require a courier.

Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing if you would like to know the delivery cost. We’ll always try to find a practical and reasonably priced option for your piece.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide tracking details where available.

LARGE & FRAGILE PIECES

Furniture, mirrors, artwork and other large or fragile pieces may require a specialist courier.

Courier costs vary depending on the size of the piece and delivery location. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like a quote.

We carefully pack pieces for transport; however, courier and postal services are operated by third-party providers and delivery times may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available for selected pieces.

Please contact us with your location and the piece you’re interested in, and we’ll let you know whether international shipping can be arranged and provide a quote.

COLLECTION

Collection is available by arrangement from Prahran or Rockbank, Victoria.

As collection availability varies, please contact us after purchasing to discuss the most suitable location, date and time.

For larger pieces, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle and assistance available for collection.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery may also be available within Melbourne for selected pieces, depending on the item and location.
